INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 170g sardines, deboned and opened
Vegetables
- 🥬 150g cabbage, chopped
- 🧅 1/2 green onion, thinly sliced
Liquid
- 💧 400ml water
Seasoning
- 1.5 tbsp miso paste
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp potato starch
PASOS
Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and thinly slice the green onion diagonally.
Remove the bones and skin from the sardines, then cut them into smaller pieces. Blend the sardines with the seasoning ingredients (☆) in a food processor until smooth to make the tsukimi mixture.
Heat water in a pot and scoop the tsukimi mixture into bite-sized portions using a spoon. Add them to the boiling water. Skim off any foam and simmer on medium-low heat for 5-6 minutes. Add the cabbage and green onion, cover, and cook for another 3 minutes.
Dissolve the miso paste into the soup and warm through before serving.
