INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 3 crab sticks
- 🧅 1 green onion, chopped
- 3 tbsp cornstarch slurry
Sauce
- 💧 1/2 cup water
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
PASOS
Crack 2 eggs into a bowl, shred 3 crab sticks into small pieces, and mix well.
Prepare the sauce by combining 1/2 cup water, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp mirin, and 1 tbsp oyster sauce in a saucepan. Heat over medium-low heat while stirring.
Once the sauce starts to boil, add 3 tbsp cornstarch slurry and cook until the sauce thickens.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat, pour in the egg mixture, and stir gently with chopsticks to create a soft scramble.
Place the cooked eggs on top of a bowl of hot rice.
Pour the prepared sauce generously over the eggs and garnish with chopped green onions.
