INGREDIENTES
Seaweed
- 5g dried seaweed mix
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato (150g)
- 5 okra pods (60g)
- 🥬 4 lettuce leaves (120g)
Dressing
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp salad oil
PASOS
Place dried seaweed mix in a bowl with plenty of water to rehydrate. Drain thoroughly.
Cut the tomato into 6 wedges after removing the stem. Rub okra with salt, rinse under water, and trim the ends. Microwave okra with 1 tbsp water for 1 minute at 600W, then cool in water and slice diagonally.
Mix all dressing ingredients (white sesame, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, salad oil) in a bowl.
Tear lettuce leaves and arrange them on a plate. Add seaweed, tomato, and okra on top. Drizzle with the dressing.
