INGREDIENTES
Shrimp
- 🦐 100g peeled shrimp (frozen)
Meat
- 50g ground chicken
Vegetables
- 🥬 4 cabbage leaves
- 1/2 piece ginger
- 🧅 Chopped green onion (to taste)
Binder
- 1 piece fish cake
Seasoning for Filling
- 2 tsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tsp potato starch
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Soup
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp mirin
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 300ml water
PASOS
Wash cabbage leaves and microwave them for 3 minutes at 600W. Remove the core and chop it. Slice ginger into thin strips.
Defrost shrimp. Mash 1/3 of the shrimp into a paste and chop the remaining shrimp into 1cm pieces.
In a bowl, crumble the fish cake and mix it with the shrimp paste and ground chicken. Add chopped shrimp, cabbage core, and seasoning ingredients (☆). Mix thoroughly.
Divide the filling into 4 portions and wrap each with a cabbage leaf. Secure the ends with toothpicks.
Place the cabbage rolls and soup ingredients (★) into a pot. Heat on medium until boiling, then cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
Serve the rolls with chopped green onion and ginger strips as garnish.
