INGREDIENTES
Cheese
- 🧀 Pizza cheese, as needed
Soy Milk Sauce
- 🧈 40g salted butter
- 40g all-purpose flour
- 250cc unsweetened soy milk
- 2 tbsp white miso
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Black pepper, as needed
Mentaiko Rice
- 🍚 300g warm cooked rice
- 1 piece mentaiko
- 🌽 4 tbsp whole corn
- 🧅 4 stalks green onion
PASOS
Remove the contents of the mentaiko and slice the green onions thinly.
Mix all the mentaiko rice ingredients in a container.
Combine white miso and sake in a container and mix well.
Heat butter in a pan over low heat until melted, then add flour and stir for 1-2 minutes.
Add soy milk and stir until thickened, then mix in the miso-sake mixture and season with salt and pepper.
Layer the mentaiko rice, soy milk sauce, and pizza cheese in a heatproof dish, then bake in a toaster oven until the cheese melts.
