    • 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
    • Pinch of pepper
    • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour

    • 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
    • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 💧 100ml water
    • 🧈 10g salted butter
  • Garnish

    • 🌿 Chopped parsley, a pinch

Slice the onion thinly. Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into bite-sized pieces.

Chop the beef into roughly 1cm cubes.

Mix the beef with the meat seasoning ingredients in a bowl until sticky. Divide into two portions and shape into oval patties.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the patties until browned on both sides.

Push the patties to the side of the pan. Add onion and shimeji mushrooms, stir until coated with oil. Add all sauce ingredients except butter, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 6-7 minutes, flipping the patties occasionally.

Add butter and stir until melted. Serve on a plate and garnish with parsley.
