INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🍗 150g minced chicken (thigh)
Seafood
- 80g kamaboko (fish cake)
Vegetables
- 2 pickled plums (minced)
- 2 shiso leaves
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
PASOS
Chop the kamaboko roughly and mince the pickled plums after removing their seeds.
In a bowl, mix minced chicken and seasonings (sake, soy sauce, pepper, potato starch) until sticky. Add kamaboko, pickled plums, and torn shiso leaves. Mix well and divide into 6 portions, shaping them into balls.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken balls in the pan and cook until browned. Flip them over, cover with a lid, and steam-fry on low heat for about 5 minutes until cooked through.
