INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) cooked rice
- 🐟 180g katsuo sashimi
- 5 shiso leaves
- 1 myoga
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
Marinade
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Garnish
- 🌰 Pinch of white sesame seeds
PASOS
Heat mirin in a microwave-safe container at 600W for 50–60 seconds to remove alcohol. Let cool, then mix with soy sauce and grated ginger to create the marinade.
Place katsuo sashimi in a tray and pour the marinade over it. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Cut shiso leaves into thin strips and roughly chop the myoga.
Mix cooked rice with chopped myoga and 1 tbsp sesame seeds in a bowl. Divide into serving bowls, top with shiso strips, marinated katsuo, and drizzle remaining marinade. Sprinkle with a pinch of sesame seeds.
