INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 200g seared katsuo (bonito)
Herbs
- 10 finely chopped shiso leaves
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 🧀 1.5 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Toppings
- Mitsuba for garnish, as needed
- 🍋 Lemon for garnish, as needed
PASOS
Slice the seared katsuo (bonito) into 1cm thick pieces.
Remove the stems from the shiso leaves and finely chop them.
In a bowl, mix the chopped shiso leaves with salt, pepper, grated garlic, olive oil, and Parmesan cheese to make the shiso sauce.
Arrange the sliced katsuo on a serving plate, garnish with mitsuba and lemon slices as desired, and drizzle the shiso sauce over the top.
