INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 150g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥕 1 carrot, peeled and sliced
- 60g burdock root, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 💧 100ml water
- 1/2 tsp sliced chili
PASOS
Peel the carrot, cut it in half lengthwise, and slice thinly at an angle. Slice the burdock root thinly at an angle and soak in water to remove bitterness, then drain.
Place the pork in a bowl, sprinkle with salt, and massage to season.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the pork, and stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add the carrot and burdock root to the pan and stir-fry until coated with oil. Add the seasoning mixture and bring to a boil, then simmer until the liquid evaporates.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
