INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) cooked white rice
Meat
- 🥩 100g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 1/2 pack (2 stalks) komatsuna
- 🥕 3cm carrot, thinly sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp ground sesame
- 1 tsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
PASOS
Cut the roots off the komatsuna and slice into 1cm pieces. Slice the carrot thinly into quarters. Thinly slice the garlic.
Cut the pork belly into 1cm wide strips.
Heat sesame oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until golden brown, then remove the garlic. Add pork belly and stir-fry over medium heat until the color changes.
Wipe excess fat with a paper towel, then add komatsuna and carrot. Stir-fry until softened. Season with salt, pepper, sake, and soy sauce, then stir briefly and remove.
In a bowl, mix the cooked rice, stir-fried ingredients, and ground sesame gently using a cutting motion.
Serve in bowls and top with the fried garlic.
