- 1 sheet konjac (300g)
- Enough salad oil for frying
- 🍋 1/4 lemon

Batter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 🥚 1 egg
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp potato starch

Tear the konjac into bite-sized pieces by hand.

Wrap loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Drain excess water.

Mix all batter ingredients in a bowl, then add the konjac and coat evenly.
