    • 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
    • 🧂 1 pinch salt
  • Boiling Ingredients

    • 💧 200ml water
    • 1 tsp mirin
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 1/3 tsp dashi powder

Wrap the tofu in kitchen paper, place it in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Let it cool.

Slice the konjac thinly, julienne the carrot, and chop the komatsuna after microwaving it for 2 minutes at 600W. Remove excess moisture.

Boil the water with mirin, soy sauce, and dashi powder. Add konjac and bring to a boil again. Add carrots and simmer for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and add komatsuna. Drain the mixture once cooled.

Mash the tofu in a bowl until smooth. Add white miso, ground sesame, sugar, and salt, mixing thoroughly. Combine with the boiled ingredients and toss well.
