INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥔 3–4 potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 🧅 1 onion, chopped
- 🧅 1/3 green onion, sliced
Condiments
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 💧 300ml water
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar or syrup
- 🌾 A pinch of sesame seeds
PASOS
Prepare all ingredients by peeling and chopping the potatoes, onion, and green onion.
Soak the chopped potatoes in cold water for 10 minutes to remove excess starch.
Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry the potatoes on high heat for about 5 minutes.
Add 300ml of water, soy sauce, minced garlic, and sugar to the pan.
Reduce to medium heat and simmer the mixture until the sauce reduces by half.
Add chopped onion and green onion to the pan and continue cooking until the sauce is fully absorbed by the potatoes.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve warm.
