INGREDIENTES

- 200g radish greens

- 15 medium-sized anchovies
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp doenjang (Korean soybean paste)
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧄 2/3 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧅 1 tbsp minced green onion
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 💧 1 cup water
PASOS
Rinse the pre-boiled radish greens in water several times and massage them to make them softer.
Cut the radish greens into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the radish greens with all the seasonings except chili powder and water: soy sauce, doenjang, sugar, perilla oil, olive oil, minced garlic, and minced green onion.
Massage the greens with the seasoning mixture until well coated.
Add 1 cup of water to the seasoned greens.
Add 15 medium-sized anchovies to the pot. Microwave the anchovies for 30 seconds to 1 minute to remove any fishy smell.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then add 1 tbsp chili powder. Let it simmer until the flavors meld together.
Simmer until the seasoning is fully absorbed into the greens and the dish reaches your desired consistency.
