INGREDIENTES

- 5 slices of ham
Vegetables
- 1/3 bunch of chives
- 1 bag of bean sprouts
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
Oil
- 1 tbsp of sesame oil
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tsp of sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp of soy sauce
- 1 tsp of vinegar
- 1 tbsp of ketchup
- 1 tsp of gochujang
- 1 tbsp of ground sesame seeds

Cut the chives into 3 cm lengths. Thinly slice the onion and cut the ham into thin strips.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over high heat. Add the prepared ingredients and bean sprouts, then stir-fry.

Once the bean sprouts become translucent, add the seasonings (marked ☆) and stir-fry until well combined.
