INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 600g Chinese cabbage
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped
Meat Mixture
- 500g ground meat
- 🧅 1 onion, minced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Seasoning
- 400g canned tomatoes
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp consomme
- 1 bay leaf
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
PASOS
Slice the garlic thinly and chop the parsley and onion finely.
Mix the ground meat, onion, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl until sticky.
Spread the meat mixture between the leaves of the Chinese cabbage, layering alternately.
Cut the layered cabbage into three equal parts.
Place the cabbage pieces in a pot, add garlic and seasoning ingredients, and bring to a boil over medium heat. Cover and simmer on low heat for 25–30 minutes.
Serve on a plate, garnish with parsley, and drizzle with the soup from the pot.
