INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 2 filleted horse mackerels
Vegetables
- 🍋 1 lemon
- 🧅 1/2 onion
Seasoning
- sufficient amount of flour
- 🧂 a pinch of salt and pepper
- sufficient amount of salad oil
Marinade
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 a pinch of pepper
- 3 tbsp water
- sufficient amount of sliced chili
PASOS
Cut the lemon in half. Slice one half thinly and squeeze juice from the other half.
Slice the onion thinly and soak in water. Drain well.
Mix the marinade ingredients (☆) in a bowl along with the sliced lemon, lemon juice, and onion.
Cut the horse mackerel into halves, wash lightly, and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper, then coat with flour.
Heat salad oil in a pan to about 1 cm depth over medium heat. Fry the horse mackerel until golden brown on both sides.
While still hot, add the fried horse mackerel to the marinade and mix gently. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
