INGREDIENTES

- 🥩 100g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🥬 5 lettuce leaves
- 1/4 pack kaiware sprouts
Condiments
- 50g kimchi
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
PASOS
Cut off the root of kaiware sprouts and slice them in half.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add beef, and stir-fry over medium heat until the beef changes color. Add kimchi and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
Arrange lettuce leaves on a plate, place the beef and kimchi mixture on top, garnish with kaiware sprouts, and drizzle sesame oil as desired.
