- 🍗 2 chicken breasts
- 🥬 4 lettuce leaves

- 2 tsp cooking sake
Scallion Salt
- 🧅 1/2 scallion, minced
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 1/3 tsp chicken broth powder
- 🧄 Pinch of garlic paste
- 🌰 2 tsp white sesame seeds
PASOS
Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and mince the scallion.
Remove the tendons from the chicken breasts and make diagonal cuts. Place them in a microwave-safe container, season with salt, pepper, and sake, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Mix all the scallion salt ingredients in a bowl.
Arrange the lettuce on a plate, shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces, place it on top, and drizzle with the scallion salt mixture.
