- 🥬 200g of lettuce, torn into pieces
- 🧅 30g of green onion, thinly sliced

- Choregi salad dressing, as needed

- 6 sheets of Korean seaweed, torn
PASOS
Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and soak in cold water for 5 minutes. Drain and pat dry. Thinly slice the green onion, remove the core, and soak in cold water. Massage lightly, then drain.
Shred the cooked chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, combine the lettuce and chicken. Mix gently. Plate the salad and garnish with sliced green onion and torn Korean seaweed. Drizzle with Choregi salad dressing.
