- 1/4 head lettuce

- 2 crab sticks
Egg
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
Liquid
- 300 ml water
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tsp sesame oil
PASOS
Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and shred the crab sticks by hand.
Bring water and crab sticks to a boil in a pot, then add the seasonings (salt, chicken stock powder, sesame oil) and simmer over medium heat for 2–3 minutes.
Add the lettuce and stir, cooking for 1–2 minutes. Pour in the beaten egg and stir gently to combine.
