INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 leaves (70g) of lettuce
- 🍅 1/2 tomato (100g), diced
Protein
- 🥚 1 egg, beaten
Oil and Seasoning
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chicken broth powder
- 💧 400ml water
PASOS
Cut the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Dice the tomato into 1cm cubes. Beat the egg in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the diced tomato and grated garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Add the sake, salt, chicken broth powder, and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
Add the lettuce to the pot and bring to a boil over medium heat. Once the lettuce softens, pour in the beaten egg in a circular motion. Turn off the heat and let the residual heat cook the egg for about 1 minute.
