- 🦐 100g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/2 head lettuce
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced
Condiments
- 2 tbsp salad oil
- Pinch of pepper
Thickening Agent
- Cornstarch as needed
Seasoning Mix
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 💧 100ml water
PASOS
Cut lettuce into bite-sized pieces and slice green onion diagonally.
Pat dry the peeled shrimp and coat with cornstarch.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, oyster sauce, salt, water) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and cook the shrimp on both sides.
Add lettuce and green onion, stir-fry for 1 minute, then pour in the seasoning mix and stir until thickened.
Adjust seasoning with pepper and serve.
