- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice (300g)
Vegetables
- 🥬 5 lettuce leaves
Egg
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can of tuna (70g)
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
