INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥬 100g lettuce (1/4 head)
Noodles
- 30g short-type vermicelli
Seaweed
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
Condiments
- 🧂 1 1/2 tsp concentrated soy sauce
- 🧈 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🌰 1 tsp ground white sesame
PASOS
Prepare the lettuce by washing and chopping it into bite-sized pieces.
Cook the vermicelli according to package instructions, then drain and cool.
Rehydrate the dried wakame in water for a few minutes, then drain.
In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, mayonnaise, and ground sesame to create the dressing.
Combine the lettuce, vermicelli, wakame, and dressing in a large bowl and toss gently.
