INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 150g lotus root, sliced
- 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms, trimmed
- Chopped green onion, a pinch
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp miso
- 2 tbsp ground white sesame seeds
PASOS
Slice the lotus root into thin pieces after cutting it in half lengthwise. Soak in water and drain. Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, miso, and ground sesame) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Stir-fry the lotus root until translucent, then add the shimeji mushrooms and cook until softened. Add the mixed seasonings and stir-fry until well combined. Serve and garnish with chopped green onion.
