- 150g lotus root
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 A pinch of grated garlic
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds

Cut the lotus root into 1.5cm thick sticks after slicing it crosswise. Soak in water and drain.
