INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 8 pieces freeze-dried tofu (cubed)
- 🍤 6 boiled shrimp (60g)
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli (125g)
- 1/2 red bell pepper (75g)
- 2 turnips (160g)
- 🧈 20g salted butter
Cheese Sauce
- 🧀 100g shredded pizza cheese
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 80cc white wine
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
PASOS
Cut freeze-dried tofu into cubes and prepare shrimp, broccoli, red bell pepper, and turnips.
Melt butter in a pan and lightly sauté the freeze-dried tofu cubes until golden brown.
Steam broccoli, red bell pepper, and turnips until tender.
In a separate saucepan, combine shredded pizza cheese, all-purpose flour, grated garlic, white wine, and a pinch of salt. Heat gently while stirring until smooth.
Serve the cheese sauce in a fondue pot and arrange the sautéed tofu, steamed vegetables, and shrimp around it for dipping.
