INGREDIENTES
Pasta
- 🍝 100g macaroni
Dairy
- 🥛 200ml milk
- 🧀 100g mixed pizza cheese
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Dry Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Topping
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
PASOS
Boil a pot of water, add salt (not listed in ingredients) and cook macaroni according to package instructions.
Heat 10g butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Once melted, add breadcrumbs and stir until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, melt another 10g butter over medium heat. Add flour and stir until no raw flour remains. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Add cheese and stir until melted. Mix in cooked macaroni and season with salt and pepper.
Serve the macaroni and cheese in a dish and sprinkle the toasted breadcrumbs on top.
