INGREDIENTES
Grain
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Protein
- 🐟 2 fillets mackerel (160g)
Vegetable
- 🍄 1 pack maitake mushrooms (100g)
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- A pinch of pepper
Other
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
PASOS
Break maitake mushrooms into smaller pieces by hand.
Season mackerel fillets with salt and pepper, then lightly coat with all-purpose flour.
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place mackerel fillets in the pan and cook for 3–4 minutes on each side until crispy. Remove and set aside. Clean the pan with a paper towel, then heat the remaining 0.5 tbsp olive oil and sauté maitake mushrooms for 2–3 minutes on both sides.
Add soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, honey, and pepper to the pan with mushrooms. Mix well, then return mackerel fillets to the pan. Simmer and coat with the sauce until slightly thickened.
Serve cooked rice in bowls, top with mackerel and mushrooms, drizzle with sauce, and garnish with chopped green onion.
