PASOS
Separate maitake mushrooms into small clusters. Cut garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush with the flat side of a knife.
Cut boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili in a pot over low heat until fragrant. Add octopus and maitake mushrooms, then simmer over medium heat for 3–5 minutes.
