  • Tofu

    • 300g firm tofu
  • Vegetables

    • 1/2 pack maitake mushrooms
    • 1/2 stalk green onion
    • Chopped green onion, as needed
  • Seasoning

    • Potato starch, as needed
    • 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
    • Pinch of black pepper
    • 1 tsp chicken stock powder
    • 1 tsp oyster sauce
    • 1 tsp grated ginger
    • 💧 150ml water
  • Thickening Agent

    • 1 tbsp potato starch
    • 💧 1 tbsp water
  • Cooking Oil

    • 2 tbsp salad oil

PASOS

Cut off the root of the maitake mushrooms and separate them by hand. Slice the green onion diagonally.

Cut the tofu into four pieces, pat dry with kitchen paper, and coat with potato starch.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add tofu, and pan-fry until both sides are golden brown. Remove and place on a serving dish.

Wipe off excess oil from the pan, add maitake mushrooms and green onion, and stir-fry over medium heat until browned. Add the seasoning ingredients (☆) and bring to a boil. Thicken with the water-starch mixture.

Pour the sauce over the tofu and garnish with chopped green onion.
