INGREDIENTES

- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Protein
- 🍗 150g ground chicken
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, minced
Noodles
- 20g vermicelli noodles
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang (spicy bean paste)
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- 💧 200ml water
PASOS
Mince the green onion and mix the seasoning ingredients (marked ☆) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over low heat, add minced green onion, and sauté until fragrant. Add ground chicken, grated ginger, and grated garlic, then cook over medium heat until the chicken changes color. Stir in doubanjiang.
Add the mixed seasoning ingredients (☆) to the pan and bring to a boil. Add vermicelli noodles and simmer until softened.
Serve the cooked mixture over bowls of rice.
