- 400g pork spare ribs
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, grated
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Marinade
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
PASOS
Pierce the pork ribs with a fork in several places and season with salt and pepper.
Grate the onion.
Place the pork ribs, grated onion, and marinade ingredients into a resealable bag. Massage well and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Place the marinated pork ribs on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Roast in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20–25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
