INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 150g ground meat
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (250g)
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
Dairy
- 🧀 60g shredded pizza cheese
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🥛 4 tbsp milk
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tsp salad oil
Sauces
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
PASOS
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak them in water. Mince the onion.
Place the potatoes in a pot with enough water to cover them. Heat over medium heat until soft.
Drain the potatoes and mash them. Mix in milk, butter, salt, and pepper to create mashed potatoes.
In a bowl, mix ground meat, minced onion, and the ☆ seasonings. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Stir and microwave again for another 2 minutes to make the meat sauce.
Layer the mashed potatoes and meat sauce in a heatproof dish. Top with shredded pizza cheese and bake in a toaster oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
