INGREDIENTES
Pasta
- 🍝 100g spaghetti
Meat
- 100g ground meat
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 💧 400ml water
Cheese Sauce
- 🧀 2 slices of cheese
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk
Garnish
- Pinch of chopped parsley
PASOS
Grate the onion into a frying pan. Add ground meat, grated garlic, and salad oil. Cook over medium heat until the meat changes color.
Add the seasoning ingredients (ketchup, consomme, salt, pepper, and water) and bring to a boil. Break the spaghetti in half and mix well.
Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for the time indicated on the spaghetti package. Stir occasionally and serve on a plate.
Place the cheese slices and milk in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 30 seconds. Mix until smooth and pour over the pasta. Sprinkle with parsley.
