INGREDIENTES
Pasta
- 🍝 120g penne
Meat
- 🍖 150g ground meat (beef and pork mix)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), minced
- 🥕 1/2 carrot (75g), minced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Oils and Fats
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Dry Ingredients
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Canned Goods
- 🍅 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
Seasonings
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 2 tsp consomme powder
PASOS
Mince the onion and carrot. Cut the garlic clove in half, remove the core, and mince it.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over low heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
Add the minced onion and carrot to the pan and sauté over medium heat until softened.
Add the ground meat to the pan and cook until browned. Then, stir in the flour and cook for another minute.
Add the canned diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, and consomme powder. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
In a separate pot, bring water to a boil, add a pinch of salt, and cook the penne according to the package instructions. Drain the water.
Serve the cooked penne on a plate and top with the meat sauce.
