- 10 slices thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/8 head of cabbage
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp mirin
- 🧈 20g salted butter
Cooking Essentials
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- Cornstarch as needed
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
PASOS
Shred the cabbage into thin strips.
Sprinkle water over the cabbage, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
Lay out the pork slices and season with salt and pepper.
Place the cabbage on the pork slices, roll them up tightly, and coat with cornstarch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, place the rolls seam-side down, and cook until browned on all sides.
Add sake, mirin, soy sauce, and butter to the pan, and toss the rolls to coat them evenly.
