    • 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
  • Stew Seasoning

    • 🍅 1 can (400g) canned tomatoes
    • 💧 100cc water
    • 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
    • A pinch of pepper

Cut the core off the cabbage and chop it into bite-sized pieces. Mince the onion.

In a plastic bag, combine the meatball seasoning ingredients (breadcrumbs, milk, egg, and salt) and mix well. Add the ground meat and minced onion, then knead until sticky to form the meat mixture.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Cut the tip of the plastic bag and squeeze out the meat mixture into 10 small balls. Cook over medium heat, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides (about 3-5 minutes).

Add the stew seasoning (canned tomatoes, water, salt, and pepper) and the chopped cabbage to the pan. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
