INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 200g ground meat
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying
Seasoning for Meat Mixture
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
Curry Powder Mixture
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp powdered cheese
PASOS
Mince the onion and place it in a microwave-safe container. Cover lightly with plastic wrap and heat at 600W for 1 minute. Drain excess water and let it cool.
In a bowl, mix ground meat, onion, egg, and the meat mixture seasonings until sticky. Divide into 8 portions and shape into balls.
In another bowl, mix the curry powder mixture ingredients.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 170°C (about 3cm depth). Fry the meatballs until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve the fried meatballs on a plate and sprinkle the curry powder mixture on top.
