- 🍗 2 chicken tenderloins (100g)

- 1 mentaiko (50g)

- 🧀 20g shredded pizza cheese
PASOS
Cut open the mentaiko and remove the contents. Mix the mentaiko with shredded pizza cheese in a bowl.
Place the chicken tenderloin vertically and use a knife to butterfly it by slicing horizontally while pulling the blade towards you.
Place the butterflied chicken tenderloins on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil. Divide the mentaiko-cheese mixture evenly on top of the chicken. Bake in a toaster oven for about 10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
