INGREDIENTES
Croquette
- 2 pieces hanpen
- 1/2 stick mentaiko
- 🧅 10 cm minced green onion
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
Batter
- 🥚 1 egg
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 💧 2 tbsp water
Other
- 🧀 40 g shredded pizza cheese
- Breadcrumbs as needed
- Salad oil as needed
PASOS
Cut open the mentaiko and extract the contents. Mince the green onion.
Place the croquette ingredients (hanpen, mentaiko, green onion, and flour) into a bag and knead. Cut the bag and divide into 8 portions. Add 1/8 of the shredded cheese to the center of each portion and shape into balls.
Mix the batter ingredients (egg, flour, and water) in a bowl.
Dip the croquettes into the batter, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a frying pan to 170°C (340°F). Fry the croquettes until golden brown, turning occasionally.
