INGREDIENTES
Grains
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Seafood
- 1 mentaiko (50g)
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 potato (150g)
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g)
- 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms (50g)
Oils and Fats
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 🧈 20g salted butter
Dairy
- 🥛 300ml milk
- 🧀 40g pizza cheese
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- Pinch of pepper
PASOS
Cut the potato into quarters lengthwise, then slice into 1cm pieces. Soak in water, drain, and microwave with 1 tbsp water for 4 minutes at 600W. Drain. Thinly slice the onion and separate the shimeji mushrooms.
Remove the contents of the mentaiko by slicing it open.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the onion and shimeji mushrooms until softened. Add flour and cook until no longer powdery.
Gradually add milk while stirring until thickened. Add mentaiko, potato, butter, and pepper. Simmer over medium-low heat for 2 minutes.
Divide cooked rice into oven-safe dishes. Top with the sauce and cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10–15 minutes until golden brown.
