INGREDIENTES
Noodles
- 1 pack (100g) Sapporo Ichiban Soy Sauce flavor
Seafood
- 1 piece (50g) mentaiko
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg white
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
Vegetables
- 50g grated nagaimo
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 1 packet Sapporo Ichiban soup powder
- 1 packet Sapporo Ichiban special spice

- 💧 500cc water
- Chopped nori, as needed
PASOS
Make a small cut in the mentaiko and extract the contents.
Grate the nagaimo until smooth.
In a bowl, whisk the egg white until fluffy. Add grated nagaimo and mentaiko, then mix well to create the 'mentaiko tororo'.
Boil water in a pot, add the noodles, and cook for 3 minutes. Turn off the heat and mix in the soup powder and special spice. Transfer to a serving bowl.
Top the noodles with the mentaiko tororo mixture, place the egg yolk in the center, and garnish with chopped nori and green onions.
