INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef belly
Vegetables
- 1 pack (150g) sliced bamboo shoots
- 3 bell peppers (90g), sliced
Seasoning (Marinade)
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Seasoning (Sauce)
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
PASOS
Slice the bell peppers into thin strips after removing the stems and seeds. Rinse the bamboo shoots thoroughly and drain.
Cut the beef into thin strips. In a bowl, mix the beef with the marinade ingredients (sake, soy sauce, and cornstarch) and massage well.
In a microwave-safe container, mix the sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, oyster sauce, and garlic). Add the bamboo shoots and mix well. Spread the marinated beef on top, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 4 minutes until the beef is cooked.
Add the sliced bell peppers to the container, mix, and cover again. Microwave for another 3 minutes until the bell peppers are tender.
