INGREDIENTES
Vanilla Custard Cream
- 🥛 1 cup milk
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cake flour
- 🥚 2 egg yolks
- 🧈 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2-3 drops vanilla essence
Chocolate Custard Cream
- 🥛 1 cup milk
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cake flour
- 🥚 2 egg yolks
- 🧈 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 🍫 6 pieces chocolate
PASOS
In a bowl, mix egg yolks and sugar with a whisk until combined.
Add milk to the mixture and whisk until well combined.
Sift in the cake flour and mix thoroughly.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds. Stir well, then microwave for another 1 minute 30 seconds. Stir again and microwave for an additional 30 seconds.
Once the mixture thickens, stir in unsalted butter and vanilla essence. For chocolate custard, add chocolate pieces at this stage and mix until melted.
Cool the custard over an ice bath, then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
