INGREDIENTES

- 🥬 1/4 head cabbage, chopped
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced

- 🐟 1 fillet salmon, cubed
Dairy
- 🥛 100 ml milk
Soup Base
- 💧 200 ml water
- 1 tsp consomme powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and slice the onion thinly.

Cut the salmon into cubes.

In a pot, add water, consomme, and sliced onion. Bring to a boil.

Add the cabbage and salmon to the pot. Simmer over medium heat for 3–4 minutes.

Pour in the milk and simmer for 1 minute. Serve hot.
