INGREDIENTES
Pastry
- 2 sheets frozen puff pastry (10x18cm)
Meat
- 150g ground meat mix
Vegetables
- 🥬 100g cabbage, roughly chopped
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Oil
- 1 tsp olive oil
Egg
- 🥚 1/2 beaten egg
Seasoning
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
PASOS
Preheat the oven to 200°C and let the frozen puff pastry thaw at room temperature.
Chop the cabbage roughly and mince the garlic after removing its core.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add ground meat and cook over medium heat until browned. Add cabbage and stir-fry for 2 minutes until softened. Mix in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool.
Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut each into 6 equal pieces. Place 1/6 of the filling on one piece, cover with another piece, and seal the edges with a fork. Make 2 slits on top. Repeat to make 6 pies.
Place the pies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with beaten egg and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
