INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 200g ground meat
- 🥚 2 beaten eggs
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 100g bok choy, chopped
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
- 150ml water
PASOS
Slice the onion thinly and chop the bok choy into bite-sized pieces, separating the stems and leaves.
Heat the seasoning mixture (sake, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water) in a frying pan until boiling. Add the ground meat and cook over medium heat until the meat changes color.
Add the sliced onion and cook until softened. Then add the bok choy stems first, followed by the leaves, and simmer briefly.
Bring the mixture back to a boil and pour in the beaten eggs. Stir gently and cook over medium heat until the eggs are set.
